Programme Information

All programmes are offered for 2 years.
In the North and West applicants are allocated to 2-year fixed rotations.
In the East and South East applicants are allocated to a 1 year rotation with the option to select the F2 year part way through F1 from a list of specialties in the allocated programme.

As above.

The programmes in Scotland offer a mix and variety of rotations, which may require a foundation doctor to move hospital/location during their programme.  Scotland has three lead employers for foundation doctors which allows one contract to be offered for the duration of the training programme.
