Update on 26 June 2026: We made a minor update to the template UKFP 2027 Form to Confirm Primary Medical Qualification to clarify the wording of an option in the ‘Applicant Details’ section.

The dropdown option previously labelled ‘Current final year medical student’ has been updated to ‘Not yet qualified from medical school’ to better reflect the intended meaning. No other changes have been made to the form.

If you have already completed the earlier version of the form, it will remain valid for use and will still be considered as part of the eligibility screening process – you do not need to re-complete or submit the updated version.
