Foundation doctors with questions or issues accessing their certificates should contact the foundation school where their training was completed.
Verifying certificates
UKFPO are unable to assist with requests to verify completion of foundation training certificates. The foundation school who issued the F1CC/FPCC should be contacted for advice. See our foundation school contact details webpage.
