UKFP 2026 F2 Career Destination Survey (CDS) Report published

We have published the UKFP 2026 F2 Career Destination Survey Report, which outlines the intentions and destinations of doctors who completed F2 in August 2026.

The survey provides valuable insight into the career plans of doctors completing Foundation training and supports workforce planning and policy development across the UK. The CDS has been run since 2010 and was reintroduced in 2024 following a pause during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The full report, along with previous survey reports, is available on our Reports webpage.
