F2 Stand-alone 2026 – Notification of indicative programme numbers

As at time of publication, there are approximately 57 programmes available across the UK for F2 Stand-alone 2026. Please note these numbers remain subject to change, and not all Foundation Schools and regions will have vacant F2 stand-alone programmes available for the F2 Stand-alone recruitment process.

Recruitment for F2 Stand-alone Programmes is an extremely competitive process, meaning that only the applicants who achieve the highest SJT scores will be invited to attend an interview.

The UKFPO would also like to remind applicants:

• Refer to each foundation school’s individual website for information on the geographical areas covered by the foundation school.
• Interviews will be held in April 2026. Successful applicants will be offered posts in May 2026.

Details of specific programmes and placements are not yet confirmed. Details will be made available on Oriel during the programme preferencing window.
