The Humans of the Foundation Programme (HOFP) project provides an opportunity for foundation doctors and alumni within one year of programme completion to share their experiences, perspectives and creative work with the wider foundation programme community.
Inspired by Humans of New York, the HOFP project was launched in January 2025 by Dr Jie Fei Lau, a 2024-25 UKFPO Fellow. The project provides a platform for foundation doctors and recent alumni to share their experiences, perspectives and creative work through articles, poetry, artwork, music and other forms of expression. HOFP aims to foster connection, inspire others and celebrate the diverse experiences of those undertaking the UK Foundation Programme.
