Foundation Programme (UKFP)The Foundation Programme aims to ensure that all doctors deliver safe and effective patient care and aspire to excellence in their professional development in accordance with GMC guidance. Specialised Foundation Programme (SFP)The Specialised Foundation Programme provides a fabulous opportunity for foundation doctors to develop research, teaching and leadership/management skills. Foundation Priority Programme (FPP)This Programme has been developed to support specific areas of the UK that have historically found it difficult to attract and retain doctors in training.
