Abstract submission window closed – midday Monday 20 October 2025 [late submissions will not be accepted]
Foundation doctors notified of shortlisting outcome and registration for event opened – midday Tuesday 18 November 2025
Registration closed – midday Thursday 27 November 2025
Foundation doctors notified of confirmed place for NFDPD – Monday 1 December 2025
Deadline for oral presentation slides to be submitted – midday Friday 2 January 2026
