Preparation resources for sitting the PSA

UK medical schools offer Prescribing Safety Assessment (PSA) preparation resources for doctors graduating outside the UK who are joining the UK Foundation Programme. While UKFPO supports these resources, any questions or technical issues should be directed to the hosting medical school (contact details are on the website below).

Many thanks to all the individuals and medical school teams who have prepared and allowed access to these excellent materials.

This resource contains the Prescribing Safety Assessment preparation materials of Queen Mary University of London (QMUL)/Barts Medical School, comprised of a series of lectures and practice question sessions, as well as downloadable supplementary materials: QMUL/Barts PSA resource

This is a video discussing strategies for managing your time while undertaking the PSA. Candidates often experience significant time pressure while attempting the PSA – this video will discuss how best to manage and mitigate this: Managing your time in the PSA

These sessions are specifically for foundation doctors preparing to sit the PSA – please do not share them outside the FP community. See tips to get the most out of the sessions below.
