Abstract submission window closes – Mon 20 October 2025, midday [late submissions will not be accepted]
Foundation doctors notified of abstract status outcome and registration for event opens – Tues 18 November 2025, midday
Registration closes – Thurs 27 November 2025, midday
Foundation doctors notified of confirmed place acceptance for NFDPD – Mon 1 December 2025
Deadline for oral presentation slides to be submitted – Fri 2 January 2026, midday
